General Sailing

The ethos of Rutland Sailability is to develop each individual’s potential so that, wherever possible, everyone will achieve independence on the water and be able to sail single-handed.

If you want to sail:

We will complete an individual assessment for you

Develop a training programme personalised for you

Train you using RYA qualified instructors

Once you can sail, if you want to compete in organised races we can arrange further training in racing

Helping Out:

If you would like to help out with Rutland Sailability we can provide training in disability awareness, First Aid and the use of our safety boats

If you want to teach others how to sail, we can provide RYA accredited training
